Most of my time is going into Randalf, a self-hosted personal ai agent. I am trying to make something that remembers me well enough, and behaves carefully enough, that I do not need to hover over every action.

I am also getting the first essays ready for this site. The opening series is Building a Wizard, which is my attempt to write from inside the build instead of waiting until everything looks tidy in hindsight.

The first piece is about the night an agent handled my email badly enough that I had to stop and ask what trust should mean here in the first place.
